USA).        <\/li>\n        <li>\n        ACCEPTANCE        The acceptance, without reservation, of these Specific Conditions becomes essential for the provision of the Service by SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. In this regard, the Client declares that he has read, understood and accepted these Particular Conditions, made available at all times in www.snrgsolutions.net        <\/li>\n        <li>\n        SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. ASSOCIATION WITH THE TERMS OF MOBILE SERVICE        The General Conditions for the provision of mobile and fixed communications services, SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., which are published in www.snrgsolutions.net, complete these Specific Conditions in all matters not provided for therein.        <\/li>\n        <span>SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. may modify these Specific Conditions in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of the mobile communications service. In such cases, the Client will have the right to terminate the service provision relationship regulated in these Specific Conditions without any penalty, without prejudice to other commitments acquired by the Client himself. The powers of modification of SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. do not prejudice the right of early termination of the contract recognized to the CLIENT in the General Conditions of provision of the mobile communications service SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., without any penalty for this reason, without prejudice to other commitments acquired by the CLIENT.<\/span>\n      <\/ol>\n    <li>DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE<\/li>\n      <ol class='innerOl'><span>The Service offers the CLIENT voice, mobile messaging and videoconferencing services in accordance with the established rates set out in stipulation 5 of the Specific Conditions.<\/span><\/ol>\n    <li>SERVICE AVAILABILITY<\/li>\n      <ol class='innerOl'>\n        <li>CONTRACTING OF THE SERVICE:<\/li>\n        <span>It is necessary for the CLIENT to previously have a mobile or fixed line with contract data from any operator indistinctly.<\/span>\n        <li>In the event that the CLIENT does not have any mobile or fixed contract line and associated internet, they must contract a mobile line with these services, with a telephone company of their choice.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <li>START OF SERVICE AND DURATION<\/li>\n      <ol class='innerOl'>\n        <span>SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. undertakes to start providing the corresponding service within an estimated period of 24\/48 hours from the date of formalization that appears in the contract signed by the CLIENT with SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., its duration being indefinite<\/span>\n      <\/ol>\n    <li>SERVICE BASICS<\/li>\n      <ol class='innerOl'>\n        <li>Service Detail:<\/li>\n        <span>Metered service for professional and interpersonal use and data traffic to and from international territory.<\/span>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Voice: Unlimited and video calls<\/li>\n          <li>SMS: Unlimited<\/li>\n          <li>Both voice calls, as well as messages, and video calls, have worldwide coverage, all included in the rate defined in this contract.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <li>Commitment to permanence<\/li>\n        <span>This commitment to permanence will remain in force for a minimum period of 6 months, as well as maintenance renewals will be for the same period of validity.<\/span>\n      <\/ol>\n    <li>PRICE, BILLING AND PAYMENT<\/li>\n      <ol class='innerOl'>\n        <li>Price<\/li>\n        <span>In return for the provision of the Service, the CLIENT will be obliged to pay:<\/span>\n        <p>Monthly fee: \u20ac110, payable in installments in advance of one semester, with automatic six-monthly renewal unless otherwise indicated 15 days in advance by the customer, who notifies the customer of the cancellation of the service. If after the expiration of the semester the payment is not made within a grace period of 15 days by the customer, the service provided by SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will be automatically suspended, without prejudice to the company.<\/p>\n      <\/ol>\n    <li>USE OF THE SERVICES<\/li>\n    <p>The customer undertakes to make reasonable, non-fraudulent use of the services and benefits included in the service provided by the company<\/p>\n    <p>However, without prejudice to any others that also imply a use other than that contemplated in these conditions, the following will be considered uses contrary to good use by way of example:<\/p>\n      <ol class='innerOl'>\n        <li>Its use in switchboards, mass call routers or other elements of concentration or transformation of traffic or designed for the performance of mass calls, traffic rerouting services and\/or in general that constitute traffic sinks is expressly excluded and considered a case of inappropriate use.<\/li>\n        <li>It is also forbidden to use the SMS facility in connection with an application or a device that allows mass mailings (for example, a modem), or in general, the sending of SMS for any other purpose other than that contemplated in this contract.<\/li>\n        <li>The customer may not resell the Service. You may not commercially exploit the Service and obtain an economic return, direct or indirect, from the resale of the Service or any of its capabilities or functionalities.<\/li>\n        <li>Nor may the possibilities that the service may offer, in any of its features or facilities, be used for the purposes of remote listening or surveillance, as well as for any connection, regardless of its duration, without a purpose of active communication between individuals<\/li>\n        <li>Any use that is contrary to the regulations in force in (USA). Such as any breach of the regulations on content, intellectual property, security, privacy, which is in force at the time of contracting the service.<\/li>\n        <p>In all the aforementioned cases, as well as in any others that may occur improperly or unrelated to the purpose of the particular communication provided for the service, SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. reserves the right to suspend or permanently interrupt the Service, (being able to do so, if it so decides, to make the establishment of the Service subject to the provision by the customer of the guarantees requested by SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC.), as well as the charging of traffic of any kind (SMS, CALLS, DATA, ETC...) that occurs outside the proper use of the service. In this case, it will be qualified at the standard pay-per-use price in force at all times according to the price catalog of SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., published and available, perfectly updated for consultation, on the website, www.snrgsolutions.net, without any price reduction associated with the Service or any other promotion being applicable in those cases,  traffic franchise or savings module that implies a decrease in the price of any current or future service.<\/p>\n      <\/ol>\n    <li>OTHER CONDITIONS<\/li>\n    <p>The following terms and conditions also apply to this contract, which are available to you at any time on the following websites.<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <p>General Conditions of Service Provision, SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC.<\/p>\n        <li>www.snrgsolutions.net<\/li>\n        <p>Legal Conditions, payments SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC.<\/p>\n        <li>www.snrgsolutions.net<\/li>\n        <p>Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal<\/p>\n        <li>www.snrgsolutions.net<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <p>The unreserved acceptance of these Conditions, together with the Particularities, becomes essential for the provision of the service.<\/p>\n    <li>PRICE<\/li>\n    <p>The monthly payment charged at a single price is \u20ac110 per month (payable in installments in advance on a six-monthly basis), with automatic renewal unless otherwise indicated in advance by the customer with 15 days, notifying the customer of the cancellation of the service. If the customer does not pay within a grace period of 15 days after the semester has expired, the service provided by SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will be suspended, without prejudice to the company.<\/p>\n    <li>DURATION, RENEWAL AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/li>\n    <p>The duration of the contract is agreed on a six-month basis through the advance payment of the amount, automatically renewed for periods of the same duration.
