The Service offers the CLIENT voice, mobile messaging and videoconferencing services in accordance with the established rates set out in stipulation 5 of the Specific Conditions.

1. CONTRACTING OF THE SERVICE:

4. Nor may the possibilities that the service may offer, in any of its features or facilities, be used for the purposes of remote listening or surveillance, as well as for any connection, regardless of its duration, without a purpose of active communication between individuals

The unreserved acceptance of these Conditions, together with the Particularities, becomes essential for the provision of the service.

The monthly payment charged at a single price is €110 per month (payable in installments in advance on a six-monthly basis), with automatic renewal unless otherwise indicated in advance by the customer with 15 days, notifying the customer of the cancellation of the service. If the customer does not pay within a grace period of 15 days after the semester has expired, the service provided by SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will be suspended, without prejudice to the company.

The duration of the contract is agreed on a six-month basis through the advance payment of the amount, automatically renewed for periods of the same duration. For the termination of the contract, you must notify us with 15 calendar days of the withdrawal from it.
