Secreto de las comunicaciones e integridad y seguridad de las redes y servicios: SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. has adopted the necessary technical means at all times to protect the secrecy of communications. SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will be exonerated from all liability that may arise from the obtaining by the Client or by third parties of recordings of telephone conversations, their use or advertising and, in general, from any actions and omissions, not attributable and unrelated to SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., breach the confidentiality and secrecy of telephone communications. SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will adopt the technical measures permitted by current legislation, in order to maintain the integrity of the networks as well as to ensure their security against any unauthorized access.

Terminals: Those models of terminals (Smartphone) may be connected to the telephone service available to the public, as well as landlines i.p. that contain the corresponding acceptance certificate, issued by the body designated for this purpose by the Public Administration.

Inicio del servicio y duración: SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. undertakes to start or reject the provision of the service within a maximum period of 15 business days from the date of formalization of this contract, its duration being indefinite without prejudice to what is established in the following clause of "interrupted interruption of service"

Precio: SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. The current prices for the contracted modality will apply. These economic conditions will be provided to the client at the time of contracting. Right to disconnect: The client has the right to request the company to disconnect the telephone services accepted in the contract of particular conditions of mobile line service, through the website WWW.SNRGSOLUTIONS.NET SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will carry out said disconnection automatically through the website. Once payment has been made for contracting the services (semi-annual payment in advance), said request for disconnection at the request of the client will not accrue any proration corresponding to the return of the global amount for the semester.

Temporary suspension of service: In the event that a default has occurred SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. may suspend the unpaid service from the date on which it becomes aware of such circumstance. SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. may suspend the provision of the telephone service in the event of fraud or circumstances that objectively lead to the assumption of illicit use of the service.

Interrupción definitiva del servicio: El presente contrato se extinguirá, con la consiguiente interrupción definitiva del servicio, por las causas generales admitidas en Derecho y,especiálmente,por las siguientes:

1. By decision of the client, communicated to SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., with a minimum notice of 15 days regarding the date of termination. The CUSTOMER may exercise his right to terminate the contract in the same way he entered into it.
2. For serious breach of the obligations derived from this contract, as well as for use of the service, good faith or commonly accepted practices would count as correct use of mobile telephone services.
3. For non-payment of the semi-annual automatic renewal for a period of 15 days of administrative grace.
4. Por uso ilícito o indebido del servicio que conlleve la utilización de la condición de cliente para llevar a cabo una actividad empresarial, profesional o económica cuyo objetivo sea la cesión o reventa del servicio SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC.

SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. will apply the best technical and procedural advances to ensure at all times the highest quality in all communications subject to the service.

1. In the event of a temporary interruption of service attributable to SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. the CUSTOMER will be subject to an automatic compensation (always exceeding €1) which will be the same amount as the first monthly payment for the days of disabled service.
2. In interruptions due to major power causes, SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. compensará automáticamente al abonado con la devolución del importe prorrateado en base a la cuota mensual, por los días de servicio inhábil. La indemnización se realizará a través de un descuento en factura. En la factura correspondiente a la próxima renovación de servicios. Caso de no haber dicha renovación, se efectuará un extorno a la cuenta estipulada por el cliente para realizar sus pagos correspondientes por el servicio telefónico cedido.
3. The complaint will not be applied to the previous apartments when the temporal interruption is motivated by any of the following causes: 1.- serious breach of contract for the customers of the contractual conditions, especially in the case of fraud or delay in payment in the future to the application of temporal suspension and interruption of service. 2.- Damages produced in the red (customer's red tester) due to the connection by the customer of terminal equipment whose conformity has not been evaluated, in accordance with current legislation. 3.- Compliance with the code of conduct by a tariff service provider (customer's account manager) when the title of the credit contract corresponds to this last one.

Protección de datos: SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. informs that the data of its customers will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., in accordance with the regulations of the legal headquarters of the company.

En SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. trataremos los datos personales del cliente para la prestación del servicio, así como para otras finalidades que como cliente SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., nos permita o autorice en los términos recogidos en la política de privacidad, en la que además se recoge toda la información necesaria para que el CLIENTE pueda decidir sobre otros tratamientos que requieran su consentimiento.

Notificaciones: Las notificaciones que el CLIENTE haya de efectuar a SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. con motivo de lo previsto en el presente contrato y en ejecución del mismo, se efectuaran a través del correo electrónico designado para ello.

Las notificaciones y comunicaciones por parte de SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. al CLIENTE se realizarán de la siguiente forma:

1. Envío por correo electrónico, siempre que sea ello posible, a cualquiera de las direcciones de correo electrónico que el CLIENTE facilite a SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. a dichos efectos.
2. Comunicación por medio del área privada SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. del CLIENTE, a la que podrá acceder a través de la web www.snrgsolutions.net las denominaciones que sustituyan a éstas.

En este sentido, el CLIENTE manifiesta que todos los datos facilitados por él son ciertos y correctos, y se compromete a comunicar a SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. las variaciones que, en su caso, se produzcan en sus datos, o en cualquier otra dirección o medio de contacto, en los datos de cobro, así como en cualquier otro tipo de información necesaria para la gestión y mantenimiento de la relación contractual entre SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. y el CLIENTE.

Modificación contractual. El CLIENTE se compromete a comunicar a SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. cualquier cambio en los datos del contrato, especialmente al domicilio de facturación y a la forma de pago.

SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC., con el único fin de restablecer el equilibrio de las prestaciones entre las partes, podrá modificar las condiciones establecidas en el contrato y en particular el precio del mismo, por alguno de los siguientes motivos cuando los mismos obedezcan a situaciones acaecidas en un momento posterior a la fijación de las tarifas de servicio por parte de SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC:

• Incremento de los costes del sector empresarial en el que esté presente SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. y que redunden en la cobertura, en la calidad de la red o en las características del servicio.
• Regulatory modifications (including taxes, fees or administrative or judicial resolutions) that affect the conditions of service provision.
• Increase in the consumer price index (CPI) or, failing that, the industrial price index (IPRI)

SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC informs the CLIENT of any modification with an indication of the precise reason for which it corresponds at least 1 month in advance of the date on which the modification is going to be effective, with the CLIENT having the right to terminate the contract (once the contracted semester period has ended) without any financial loss. If one month has elapsed since the notification and SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC has not received any counter notification, it will be understood that the CUSTOMER accepts the modifications.

Reclamaciones: Sin perjuicio de otras acciones legales previstas en derecho, las reclamaciones sobre el funcionamiento de los servicios,tarifas,facturacíon,calidad o cualquier otra cuestión que pueda plantearse en relación con la prestación del servicio, podrán dirigirse a SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC.,a través del correo correspondiente o en www.snrgsolutions.net en plazo de un mes a contar desde el momento en que se tenga conocimiento del hecho o causa que motiva la reclamación, sin perjuicio de aquellos supuestos en los que la normativa vigente establezca otros plazos para ello. En determinadas circunstancias, y para la mejor resolución de aquellas, SNRG AMERICAN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC. podrá ofrecer al cliente la presentación de la reclamación por escrito. En el mismo momento de formular la reclamación, se facilitara al cliente el número de referencia de la misma y,además,podrá solicitar un documento que acredite la presentación y contenido de la reclamación.
